    Zemble, Inc. reserves the right to delete user-written content for any reason. Reasons for deletion include, but are not limited to, content that is pornographic in nature, content that encourages violence, copyrighted content, etc.

    c. No Unlawful Use
    madKast cannot be used for any unlawful purpose.

  4. Disclaimer of Warranty

    5. All of the information on madKast.com, the madKast widget, and any other Zemble, Inc. product is provided as-is without warranty of any kind, and Zemble Inc. disclaims all warranties either express or implied.
